  • This 1942 built EMD NW3 is the last of its kind surviving. A total of seven of these locomotives were built for the Great Northern Railway between 1939 and 1942. This survivor is in display in Whitefish, MT by the Amtrak (originally Great Northern) depot, 9-24-19.
