Lynn, MA - 2nd Alarm, 57 Linden Street, 2-17-07

Firefighters from Lynn and Swampscott fought a stubborn fire in a vacant house at 57 Linden Street. The call came in just after midnight, and the first due engine ordered a working fire upon their arrival. A second alarm was quickly transmitted as well. The windows on the house were boarded up, making access difficult. A deck gun, a tower ladder, and a ladder pipe were used to knock down the heavy fire. The building was reported to have recently been sold to an adjoining business that was using the land for storage.
