Somerville, MA - 3rd Alarm, 47 Houghton Street, 7-18-06

Around 1:00 AM Somerville Box 24 was pulled. Shortly after that Police reported a fire at the corner of Houghton and Springfield Streets. The box was struck bringing a full assignment. The fire alarm office received multiple calls for the fire reporting occupants trapped. A second alarm was struck on the arrival of the companies followed by a third alarm a few minutes later. The fire was placed under control around 2:00.
