Boston, MA - Boat Fire, Mystic Marina, 7-9-06

Firefighters responded to a report of boat fire at the Mystic Marina in the Charlestown section of the city. Engine 50 was first due and reported a boat fully involved in the channel between the Mystic Marina and the Charlestown Navy Yard. Marine Unit 2 arrived on scene and knocked down the heavy fire before pushing the boat to the docks. The remaining fire was knocked down using handlines and foam. Three engines, two ladders, a rescue, a fireboat and several other units responded to the incident.
