Winthrop, MA - 2nd Alarm, 108 Almont Street, 11-7-05

Shortly after dinner time on November 7th, dispatchers at Winthrop 9-1-1 received a phone call reporting a fire at 108 Almont Street. Box 34 was struck sending Engine 1, Engine 2, and Ladder 2. A working Fire Signal was sounded shortly after the companies arrived, followed by a quick second alarm. Winthrop firefighters were aided by firefighters from Massport, Revere, and Chelsea. Boston and Everett covered the town.
