Marblehead, MA - 3rd Alarm, 36 Intrepid Circle, 11-12-05

A suspicious three-alarm fire leveled a condo complex under construction on November 12, 2005. The Marblehead Fire Department responded to a call for an odor of smoke in the area of Intrepid Circle. Engine 2 was first due, and reported fire in a 4-story condo complex under construction. The fire escalated to three alarms, plus special calls for additional engine companies. The fire took full possession of the building, which eventually collapsed.
